I had the pleasure of shooting for Glenn Davidson, from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services de Movellan Properties, last week.  He had a new listing at 857 Gerardi in Lexington, KY and need someone to go out and take photographs of his listing.  This house is a cozy 3 bedroom home and I had fun shooting the real estate photography for it.  Glenn purchased our Premium Photo package which includes a single property website/virtual tour.  You can check out here.

Virtual Staging

I recently launched a new add on service called Virtual Staging.  It usually is best to do it with a vacant home, but you can also do it in a home that has furniture and you would like to remove that furniture and showcase the room in a different style.  I decided to use this home to show as an example on how this could be done… Check out these before and after photos.
